Welcome to the fanlistings.org approved fanlisting for Turistas. When Turistas was released, a lot of people had the wrong idea about the movie. They thought it was going to be your typical slasher horror movie. It was the exact opposite. It was more of a psychologica thriller, I thought, than a typical slasher horror movie. The movie is basically about these American tourists...Turistas...who are stranded after their bus crashes. They party that night and the next day they wake up, finding their passports and other belongings have been stolen. The group soon finds out that a doctor there is taking the organs from tourists and selling them on the black market.
