Welcome to the fanlistings.org approved fanlisting for Steppenwolf. Steppenwolf first came onto the music scene in the late 1960's. The group's history is a little tricky as there are two versions of the band. One being The New Steppenwolf, Inc. and the other version is John Kay's, known as John Kay and Steppenwolf. Under John Kay, the group had tremendous success, two of their best known songs are Born To Be Wild and Magic Carpet Ride.
