Welcome to the fanlistings.org approved fanlisting for The Matrix Revolutions. Released in 2003 and it was the third and final film in The Matrix series. The film was written and directed by the Wachowski brothers. It was released simultaneously in sixty countries on November 5, 2003. Despite the fact that it is the final film in the series, the Matrix storyline continues in The Matrix Online. The film was the first live-action film to be released in both regular and IMAX movie theaters at the same time. All three main stars returned for the final film: Keanu Reeves, Laurence Fishburn, and Carrie-Ann Moss. Though this film wasn't the most critically celebrated one in the series, it's still one i like every bit as much as the first two.
