Welcome to the fanlistings.org approved fanlisting for USA Flag. The USA Flag is known all over the world. And it conveys such a strong emotion no matter where you go. Some of respect, some of love, and some of hatred. The stars on the flags represent the 50 states and the stripes...alternating between white and red...represent the original 13 colonies. There's some etiquette when it comes to the flag such as you should not allow the flag to touch the ground and if it is too torn and tattered that it can no longer be used as a symble of the United States, then it should be destroyed in a dignified manner. Unlike people who hate the flag that burn it, there are dignified ways of burning the flag, and the American Legion will hold flag burning ceremonies for that reason.
