Welcome to the fanlistings.org approved fanlisting for famous chef, Emeril Lagasse. Emeril has his show on the Food Network right now, but he's leaving the Food Network and going over to Fine Living where new episodes of his show will be aired starting July 7. Not only does he have his own show, he has ten restaurants and several cookbooks. Emeril is also well known for his two catch phrases, 'Bam!' and 'We're going to kick it up a notch!' He's also famous for his use of garlic in his recipes as well as his emphasis on Creole and Cajun style cooking. He also has several food products out that you can buy in grocery stores: pasta sauces, marinades, salsas, Lagasses' signature "Essence" spice blend, spring mix salad blends, fresh herbs and heirloom tomatoes.
